High energy battery
As you know, lithium-ion battery with lithium cobalt oxide has an energy density of 200Wh/kg. FEP R&D department worked out a series of new battery cathode and anode materials. By using these new battery materials, FEP new battery reaches an energy density of 262Wh/kg, 31% higher energy density than other battery manufactures. This energy density set up a new world record in the field of lithium battery industries. The applications of the new products are for RC modeling, solar racing cars and solar-electric plane, which request high energy and low weight. By comparison with Panasonic NCR18650B-3400mAh, it offers only 245Wh/kg as its energy density.
